Our approach focuses on raising self-awareness and promoting reflection as a tool for learning. Rather than focusing the behaviour of the ‘other’, Kettle Consultants works with individuals to explore their own cultural drivers, and to examine self-management and emotional intelligence as gateways to effective collaboration in complex environments.

  • Managing perceptions: how am I perceived by people from outside my own ‘home’ context?
