Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

The purpose of the MBTI personality inventory is to make the theory of psychological types described by C. G. Jung understandable and useful in people’s lives.

The practical applications for organisations and individuals are widespread, as groups identify the characteristic behaviours of their ‘type’ and work alongside colleagues to explore the impact of their behavioural preferences and habits on personal and organisational effectiveness.

Kettle Consultants offer a number of courses to help your team use the MBTI to achieve both personal and organisational success.
